Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations: 30+ days before event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee or deposit forfeiture. 15–29 days before event: 50% refund. 14 days or less: No refund. Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested 14+ days before the original event date, subject to availability. Reschedule must be within 12 months of the original date. Additional reschedules incur a $100 administrative fee. Hidden Willow Cancellations (rare/unforeseen events): Clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule with a 10% discount. --- Waitlist Policy If an event date is fully booked, interested clients may join the waitlist at no cost. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of sign-up if a cancellation or reschedule opens up the date. Clients on the waitlist must respond within 24 hours of being contacted to secure the date. A non-refundable deposit is required once the date is confirmed.
